Shipping policy

We offer free worldwide shipping. You will not have to pay any customs tax to receive your course books in ANY country.

Tracked 1st class through the Royal Mail / UPS and will need to be signed for. Orders before 3pm GMT time will be sent out the same day. Orders after 3pm will be sent out the following day. Depending on where in the world you are based it can take up to 7 working days to receive your order. You will receive a tracking number through the Royal Mail by email once the order has been shipped from the warehouse.

For deliveries to Egypt, this can take up to 4 weeks to arrive as Egypt customs usually hold it for longer than our stated 7 day turnaround. https://egyptpost.org for further enquiries. 

Deliveries to Canada can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. 

Deliveries to Germany can take up to 3+ weeks to arrive due to customs at Herne-Boernig, Germany.

Due to custom issues we do not ship to Nigeria.
